Hello world!

Hello World!  This is my first attempt at blogging, so reader beware!  My intention for my blog is threefold at this early stage.  The first is to capture some of the experiences I have as a world traveler.  I travel to several countries +each year (between 8 and 16, roughly) and have been doing so for the past 2o+ years. 

My second intention is to tie in those travel experiences with the work that I do.  A big reason for my travel is that I consult and teach.  Here my count of years is even higher, standing at 30 now. 

The third intention build a cradle or container for my writing which I have put off for far too long.  I am starting my first post with some of my experiences in Kuwait City on the Persian Gulf. 

 I was there to deliver a negotiating program entitled World Class Negotiating.  This program explores the notion of ‘win-win” negotiating, why it can be so difficult, and tools for bringing it about.  It is a program I have delivered in well over 5o countries, many of them multiple times.  So, for the curious of heart and mind, read on…
